Hello! My name is Sierra. I am married and have the most loving pups in the world. Currently I am an online college student with Full Sail University for film. I started babysitting at and had three different babysitting jobs and one dog sitting job. Once I turned sixteen I got a job working in retail part time while in highschool. The day after graduation I got promoted which was very exciting. Early childhood development is very important in my opinion which is why I find the job to be an amazing challenge. Children are impressionable at young ages which is why finding the right person is crucial. Making sure strong bonds are created between the children and people in their lives can really make a difference in the child’s development.
