I've never really had an official nanny/babysitting job, but I've watched over my 4 little cousins several times while my aunt and uncle went out. I can handle the amount of work that comes with watching over four kids. I've learned quite a bunch about how to specialize what I'm doing to include each child and if they can't all do the same thing to get them to do something they like and where I can watch them. I've never really saw myself as a kids person when I was younger but through the last five-six years I've had so many experiences where I've been the one to watch over and play with kids. Somehow whenever I go somewhere with family or friends for a party where little kids will be, I get "appointed" the babysitter and the one to entertain them.
