Hello! I have been working in the childcare field for more than 25 years. I have cared for children of all ages including some with disabilities. I previously worked as Support Coordinator for the local community service board where I worked with those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. I have also been a teacher, lead teacher, Assistant Director, Director and Coordinator of several childcare centers in Roanoke and Bedford including Head Start, HoneyTree, Childcare Network and Little People Learning Center. I also helped to open a daycare in Roanoke by creating policies, procedures and handbooks for families and employees. I am dedicated to the well-being of the children in my care and will work to ensure that your children will be happy and have a ball while they are with me. I am certified in CPR and First Aid and have many hours of training in this field as well Read more as in the Intellectual Fields. My hours vary and I will work with you to ensure that your needs are met. I prefer to work from my home but I am willing to work out something with you if you prefer me working in your home. I am currently a student and will be graduating in the Spring of 2018. I look forward to meeting you and your little ones!
