Samantha is not reliable and cannot be trusted. I take child care very seriously, and she accepted the job and did not show up the first day. In addition, she didn't communicate with me that she was not showing up until hours before she was to start. I had to scramble for child care the entire first week she said she was supposed to work but decided not to show.
