Mrs. Rika is a rare gem! She is a truly dedicated, hands-on provider that provides an unmatched childcare experience in a loving and encouraging environment. She provides a nutritious home-cooked breakfast and lunch for each child, everyday (she is part of the USDA healthy kids food program)! Our 18 month old adores her and has grown as a little man directly because of her work. We are moving after being with her for 10 months and our loss is absolutely your gain. We've considered her part of the family, and finding someone in our new location that can provide the level care she has will be difficult. She intentionally has a limited number of openings in order to allow personal oversight and work with each child she cares for. Do not pass up the opportunity to have your little one cared for by Mrs. Rika! You will not regret the decision.

We have been with Ms. Rika for almost a year now. I have been through 5 sitters in the last 2.5 years, and wish that I would have found her before anyone of our other sitters. My son is advanced intellectually and socially and I believe wholeheartedly that a lot of it comes from her influence. She is loving and strives for perfection.
