I am a 27-year old professional female who has 14+ years of experience babysitting, and I have about 11 years of experience working with children in a leadership capacity (as a teachers assistant/ a mentor/ a tutor/ a coach). I pride myself on being clean and well-put together, kind, nurturing, and silly, but I also believe it is important to be firm at times when the situation calls for it. I can adapt to almost any environment, and I am comfortable working with children of any age. I have hands-on, real-life experience working with children of varying disabilities (Autism/ ADHD/ Down-Syndrome/ etc), and I pride myself on being patient and empathetic.
