Hello! My name is Vivian. I'm a DC/Virginia native who's been working with the special needs of the elderly and with children for over 25 years. I have a theater arts degree (BFA) from Virginia Commonwealth University and an associates degree in art history. I am also trained in first aid and adult and child/infant CPR certified (valid through 2016). I recently cared for a wonderful elderly woman who suffered from Alzheimer's as well as other ailments. I entertained her, walked with her, prepared her meals, made healthy smoothies from natural/organic foods for her, drove her to her doctors appointments, made sure she got exercise, played games with her, took her to the movies, parks, shops etc. I cared for her full time from August 2008 to November 2013. I also drove other elderly clients to their various doctors appointments. I taught pre-school, performed in many plays for children and Read more have done plenty of nanny and/or babysitting jobs. I am looking to continue caring for those who are in need. I am presently "on call" and I have a resume and references ready for you.
