I’m currently in law school, so my schedule has some restrictions and fluctuations. My best availability is most weekends from Friday-Sunday. I have no availability Monday-Thursday afternoons or evenings. Please see my calendar as I update my regular availability as changes arise. I have always loved kids and started babysitting as soon as I was old enough to - starting with my own two younger siblings, then my godchildren, and most recently my niece and nephew (now toddlers). Many of my friends have children, and I can often be found playing with their kids more than I hang out with them! I have watched just about every combination of kids of all ages, for example: -my goddaughter since she was 6 weeks old, and my godson starting at age 4 (now 19 and 13) -mother's helper for 4 children ages 6-12 for weekly soccer practices (drop off/pick up) -1 year Read more old and 5 year old brothers for date night -10 year old quads (2 girls, 2 boys- one with autism) with their 12 year old older sister (and had a great time with them going to the Smithsonian in D.C. one afternoon) -6 and 5 year old brother and sister occasional day care -Weekly evening care and date nights for my friend's daughter from 6 months old until 2 years old -my former roommate’s 8 year old daughter during spring break - my niece and nephew since birth (5 and 3 years old) I like doing both indoor and outdoor activities. I am comfortable doing everything from watching movies and playing video games; going outside to go to the playground, play in the yard, and going to the pool (I am an experienced swimmer); and going out for fun activities like visiting museums, arcades, and laser tag. My rules are normally whatever the parents outline as their house rules for the children to abide by. *I'm okay with pets, but I am allergic to cats. I can sometimes tolerate with allergy medicine

Madeline watched our 3 boys for us this past Saturday. This was a day into evening job so it required entertaining the boys as well as dinner and bedtime. She did a great job. She took the boys to the pool for the afternoon and they had a lot of fun. Madeline is very relaxed and confident, she is great with the kids but also does a good job of not letting them "run the show". She was very timely in getting back with us as well. We will use her again and I would definitely recommend her for any sitting needs you may have. Cathy N
