My name is Caitlin, and I am 25 years old. I moved to Virginia Beach after graduating from an RN program in New Jersey in June of 2012. After my move, I worked as a registered nurse at the Children's Hospital of the King's Daughters in Norfolk, but left the job as I was offered a position as charge nurse of the Child/Adolescent Psychiatric unit at Maryview Medical Center. I currently work there full-time, Sunday-Thursday 3pm to 11:30pm. I am available for child care during the first half of the day Sunday-Thursday as well as anytime on Friday/Saturday. I have experience working as a nanny for a family in New Jersey that I was with for a little over 2 years as well. They are available for reference upon request. Cait worked for us for about 3 years and was AMAZING. She was the perfect fit for our daughter who was 8 when she started. In all that time, she didn't call in sick once and she made sure that our daughter remained a priority in all she did. Like wise, our daughter fell in love with her. if Cait didn't move, I'm certain she'd be with us today. Since we're in the process of looking for new care, I thought it would be fun if I could find Cait's new profile and was completely shocked by the other reviews. All I can say is that I'm certain there were other underlying reasons for the missed appointments and I assure you that Cait deserves the benefit of the doubt. So funny that when someone is absolutely great you don't think to write a review. Lesson learned from me. I'm going to call Cait right now to make sure she's ok....but wanted to write this right away so that others can see the faith I have in her!

Caitlin set up an appointment to meet with me and my son and did not even show up, nor did she ever call me back to explain. This is not the kind of behavior I would expect from a responsible sitter.
