Hi, My name is Annie Wohland. I have 5.5 years experience working in mental health and have a Bachelors of Social Work (B.S.W.) from the University of Vermont. I will go on to graduate in 2021 with my Masters of Social Work (M.S.W.) and shortly after become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). I currently babysit for multiple families and have regularly babysat since 2009. I enjoy working with children and getting to know them and their family. I have experience helping children with their homework, preparing meals and snacks, playing indoor and outdoor activities and games, reading bedtime stories, putting them to bed, etc. I also have experience working with children with challenging behaviors as well as emotion regulation challenges. Annie fed and walked our 12 year-old dog while we were out of town for the weekend. She was attentive, punctual. professional, and above all, very caring towards our beloved Lolo. Annie kept in touch with us throughout the weekend and even sent us pictures of Lolo so that we were assured that she was doing well. We would highly recommend Annie and will be calling on her again ourselves!

Annie is communicative and terrific with animals! She watched out two dogs in our home and was one of the first sitters we truly felt would care for our pups the way we would. Annie sent photos, checked in regularly and left our home and dogs extremely well cared for. I already booked her again and would highly recommend her to anyone in Vermont looking for pet care! She's a rare find!

My dog, Peg, loved Annie. Annie's a very motivated and driven young woman who was always happy to help at the drop of a hat provided she was available. She was flexible with her schedule, got along well with the dog, and I felt safe with her in my home. I never noticed anything amiss, and I felt like she was incredibly respectful of our space. Most importantly, Peg was tuckered out from all of the playing at the end of the day.

Annie babysat for me on New Year's Eve. She was really wonderful. She cared for four children, ages 3.5, 5.5, 7 and 8. The eight year old has cerebral palsy. She was with the hcildren from 4pm to 1am. She had never met them before, but she was able to establish an instant rapport. They loved her! And, she got them all to go to sleep by 9pm, which is actually better than we do some nights! And she did the dinner dishes and ran the dishwasher, all unasked!! Smart, fun, kind, caring.
