I am an only child who basically lived with my 10 cousins. I was constantly surrounded by younger kids who I helped take care of. My first job was a camp counselor at a children's day camp, ages 6-13. In high school I had a elementary buddy. I had to teach them about positive neuroplasticity and do things such as crafts, games and activities. My most recent babysitting job was my junior year of high school where I nannied a boy who had high functioning autism and his sister, a young girl who was in elementary school. I did light housework, house- sat and ran errands for them. Such as, taking them to karate, gymnastics, counseling, and banjo lessons.
