Hello, my name is Coumba and I’m a sophomore at Middlebury College, and I’ve really loved my time here thus far. I couldn’t ask for a more beautiful location to go to school. I'm the oldest of 3 siblings, and I have lots of experience watching over my younger sisters. I have also been a babysitter for two other children (not related). I enjoy the company of children, and always keep a close eye on them to make sure they aren't getting into any trouble! I like to sketch and paint. I haven’t been able to paint much because since moving into a tiny dorm room I‘ve realized large canvases and acrylics are really impractical. So I’ve been reduced to sketching in my free time. I also love writing. I’m not a huge fan of poetry, but I do love writing short stories, and I’ve even written a few novels. Read more I haven’t published them, but maybe with some serious editing I might. I love economics and I’ve recently discovered I really enjoy computer programming and 3D Animation. I have also enjoyed learning to speak Mandarin Chinese for the past four years, and continuing the classes here at Middlebury College.
