I am a college graduate with a BS in Counseling Psychology. I am currently an After School Program Director at an elementary school, where I am responsible for hiring, training, and supervising staff, as well as program development and licensing regulation adherence. I have previously worked for a children's program, as both an after-school homework teacher during the academic year and a day camp teacher during the summer. Prior to this, I worked as a nanny, providing full-day care for children ages 5-7, which included: meal preparation, indoor and outdoor fun, art projects, and assisting with summer homework. I have also worked as a Literacy tutor for second-grade students, and a part-time babysitter for school-aged children. I am very passionate about working with children in a variety of capacities, and hope to obtain a Master's degree in School Counseling within the next few years.
