I am an outgoing and dedicated child-care provider currently residing in Montpelier. I grew up locally, and spent the past three years studying psychology in Montreal. I am now taking time off from my studies to continue my child-care career. I have been working with children for 7 years, and have experience with children of all ages. I began working with children because I found teaching to be so rewarding. I have always been passionate about my academics and enjoy sharing my motivation to learn with the children I work with. I am always eager to help children become more curious about the world, and encourage developmentally beneficial activities such as daily reading or math games. In my child-care practices I also believe it is important to go outside and experience nature, and encourage age-appropriate adventures and hikes. I always suggest activities that will help boost a child's creativity whether that be building a fort or inventing a new card game. As a caregiver, I value modeling kindness, respect, determination, creativity, and an appreciation for the world.
