Hi, My name is Darcy and I have over 25 years experience in babysitting. I raised my 27 year old on my own and he has turned out to be a wonderful person. My mom opened up a daycare with 5 children plus my son. I worked the morning shift and she worked the afternoon shift and sometimes we both worked the entire day. We had our daycare at my parent's house for 6 years. We watched children from age 3 months to 6 years old. I love kids and spending time with them as I am still a kid at heart. I miss my childhood years as those were some of the greatest years in my life. I love going to the park, out for a walk, playing games, teaching them new things pretty much anything that children like to do. I also helped my mom raise my Physically Read more Challenged brother who was born with Fragile X and I have babysat for my niece and friends of mine and my son's friends when he was growing up so I have years of experience with children. Your children will always be safe with me as they will be taken care of like they were my kids. I am a very happy and patient person and always have a smile on my face making sure your children are comfortable around me. I have been told by friends that I am fun to be around. I have been working in accounting for several years and I do not enjoy it the older I get. I would rather babysit and spend time with children they are way more fun..lol I just moved up to Battle Ground, WA after living 37 years in Beaverton, Or as I have always wanted to live in the country, I also do a lot of hiking and camping up at the mountain. For the last year I was taking care of my dad who was very ill and just passed away. So right now I am available to be a nanny full time Monday-Friday for up to 2 children. of any ages. I am a very loving and caring person and have a lot of love to share and I am also a good listener...!! I hope to hear from you and again I can start right away.
