Hello! My name is Veronica. I'm a 23 year old recent graduate from the University of Georgia (quite a way away from Washington, I know!) with a bachelor's degree in Public Health. I believe having a healthy lifestyle is important to having the most fun in life! I recently relocated to the Seattle area and am loving it here, but I do miss the munchkins I was babysitting for in Georgia. I adore being around children and have been working with all different age ranges for the past seven years. Although I've felt like I've been babysitting my whole life with my younger brother, I officially began babysitting during high school through the church (camps, nursery, VBS), but also working for the Gwinnett Children's Shelter. I worked at the daycare there and was connected to the organization because my family fostered two children. I helped at home and did what Read more I could in those situations as well and have learned to deal with many different types of environments. I worked within the camps at the church every summer during high school and would participate in different age groups every year. I've always loved the experience and have continued to babysit whenever I can throughout college, picking up jobs through interactions I've had with people around town. I find it very important to have children be physically active and enjoy being outside with them, but can also easily settle down to a movie. I am very flexible when it comes to caretaking and will do so by your opinion. I believe you know what's best for your child. Also, I love animals and believe the same is applicable to them :) I am kind, fun-loving, creative, responsible, punctual, and organized. My availability is very flexible beginning the week of June until the beginning of October.
