I am a senior mechanical engineering student, who has had part to full-time nanny positions for the past 5 years. In addition to these "professional years of experience", I have worked with children for virtually my entire life. I am the second oldest of six children this meant a tremendous amount of built-in child care experience with a range of ages, (my youngest brother is only five). Growing up in such a large, fun-loving, family, a love for kids and caring for kids became second nature. Naturally, I began caring for neighbors and extended family's kids when I was 12. Childcare didn't become a serious consideration for me until my senior year in high school when I joined a professional nanny service. "My Favourite Nanny" was a company that trained me for a variety of situations, and provided me with the first of my long term Families. I love working with children even on the worst of days, I consider it one of the most rewarding jobs.
