To all families searching for the right nanny. I am cheerful, positive and dependable I have many years experience (too many to count) caring for children. I have three children of my own and two grandchildren. I enjoy children of all ages, from newborns to preteens. For five years I cared for a wonderful little boy with autism. I have cared for older children, newborns and toddlers. For the past two years I worked for a family with two children who are now ten and twelve. I worked a variety of hours and every week was different. I fixed breakfast, packed lunches and drove them to school. I also drove them to their after school activities and doctor appointments. I fixed dinner and occasionally stayed overnight. I have a great relationship with the whole family but,sadly, they are moving. I am pet friendly and do not have a problem with Read more light housekeeping, such as, picking up after the kids, doing dishes and an occasional load of laundry. I will help with homework, do art and science projects and read stories. I retired early from the Santa Rosa Police Dept. My title was Police Technician. My college classes (way back when) focused on history and art. I work by the hour or a flat weekly rate if that is more convenient.
