My name is Ashley, I am 28 and live in Gig Harbor. After receiving my BA in Japanese Literature from the University of Washington in 2018, I moved to Japan where I worked for my city’s Board of Education. During my time in Japan, I taught English at several elementary and junior high schools for three years. In 2021, I returned to the States and began working at the Gig Harbor KinderCare preschool as the head teacher of the 2-year-old classroom. However, I am currently looking for something a bit more flexible as I begin to prepare for grad school next year. I'm looking forward to getting to know the families seeking childcare through Sittercity and having the opportunity to work one-on-one with your little ones, helping care for them as they grow and learn more about the world around them!
