By trade I am a Manager/Funeral Director/Embalmer, but am currently staying home to be with our three sons, ages 7, 5 and 2. I am loving my time at home with them! I don't have the availability to work outside of the home much, but have lots of time to work from home. In addition to our three little ones, I watch another little girl, age 5, after school a few times a week. I'm pretty flexible in my schedule and we have a smoke-free, pet-free and safe home. I lead our church's Kid's Kingdom program and love keeping the kiddos active, safe and learning! We do go out and about quite a bit to do fun things, so you would have to be okay with me bringing your little one(s) along with us. Care would be in our home. They would join us in mealtime and bedtime prayers (if applicable), story time and the like. We are respectful to those with differing beliefs, but wanted you to know what we do in our own home. My husband runs a local homeless shelter and rehabilitation program for families trying to get back on their feet. He is also great with kids and is a great role model! Our boys are rough and tumble, but also kind and funny. We let them watch a little TV, but other than that we have no video games and they are usually outside or inside playing.
