I live in Spokane Washington and was seeking other jobs outside of my state. In high school, I worked with the Special Needs doing gym activities for a year. Then the following year, I helped a young lady with her english homework. Also walked around the school supervising her while she cleaned certain classrooms. I am a nanny for two little kids that are 5 and 3. I have been with them for a year as of June 1st. The dad is a DEA and the mom is a nurse! I also watch my nephew. He is turning 2 in September. I lived with my sister and her husband when he was born. When he was three months, my sister continued to go back to school. Therefore, I was her childcare. On top of that, I was watching two teenagers ages 13 and 16. I was there care while there Read more grandma was at work. She worked a straight four days in a row. I would pick up the oldest one from school ( the other walked), I made dinner, was in charge of making sure homework and chores/ showers were done, and made sure they went to bed on time! Since I was 16, I have been a life guard at the YMCA in Spokane, WA. I was there for three and a half years. I resigned so I can have more time with the kids I take care of! I have gone through all the CRP/AED classes, o2 classes, and other classes ( first aid). I have a huge passion for children. I hope you consider me even though I am out of state.
