I have babysat for about more than 3 years. I work very well with kids, there are times they might be upset; what I do is sit down with them and explain to them the situation that's going on at that time. Not only do I babysit my own siblings, but I have also been working for a day care. What I do Is work with kids, such as leading them to their daily routines, having them wash up for lunch, and having them go potty. Some of the kids aren't so potty trained and so I have to change them. I have worked with infants as well as with toddlers. The most children I have looked over are ten kids.
