I am direct but also involved with fun activities as much as possible. I l give children the attention that they deserve. They have fun and learn as well. Kids will always know what is expected from them as far as their behavior is concerned. I have experience from my own children. I can discuss with the parents what else is needed to make them comfortable. I have been married for 14 years. We have a lively dog as well. I live near my family including my mom and her husband, my sisters family of 5, my other sisters family of 7 and my brothers family of 4. There are many family gatherings throughout the year.
