Making sure they are comfortable with me is my first priority. For me, babysitting and nannying began throughout my teenage years till now, my upcoming third college year. My first "real" job was babysitting for 2 sweet boys. The older was 7, with medical complications, and younger 3. I potty-trained both of them within 4 weeks. A later long-term job was sitting for a large family of 5 kids. Every day, I would come at 7 and leave at 5. Me and the kids enjoyed long and fun walks to the park and creative games at home. Elizabeth has a very cool and calm demeanor about her. My 1 year old daughter took to her right away. She is pleasant and soft spoken. Elizabeth is one of two sitters that my daughter is comfortable with, and we've tried MANY! My 4 year old begs for her to come over!
