Hi! My name is Katie Ross. I am 21 and I'm currently living in Lynnwood, WA. I work for Synergy Home Care in Bellevue. Before that I lived in Wenatchee and gained so much experience working in a couple adult family homes. I have been a nursing assistant since May 2011 and have had a lot of special training since then. I love spending time with kids and coming up with fun things to keep their busy little minds occupied. I am the opposite of a couch potato, so I really enjoy it! I am really looking forward to becoming a mom to a baby boy in February 2015! I would love to one day work in the Seattle Children's hospital but am taking a break from school at this time. I am trustworthy, responsible, smart and very outgoing. I never show up to work late or come up with Read more excuses because I just don't feel like going. I would never come to work with anything contagious but no bad headache will stop me. I keep my phone on at all times so if need be, you can call me anytime. I really don't need much notice! I have years of experience with newborns to teenagers as I have been babysitting since I was 12. I have completed a babysitters training class, have renewed child/infant CPR and first aid three times over the years, and I have completed a training class for synergy's at-home childcare. Throughout my high school years I spent a lot of time caring for my best friends nieces and nephews and also was a nanny to a 1 yr old boy in 2012. I also have a very significant amount of experience with infants and newborn care. I spent 10 hour days and some overnights caring for my newborn god daughter for over 6 months. Due to a rough beginning of my pregnancy and the mothers schedule changing I had to give that up mid summer. I am finally feeling more back to normal and would love to get in some more childcare on the days I have availability. My client does not have set hours which leaves me a lot of flexibility to work with you and your busy schedule.
