I was hired as a Bus aide in 2007 and looked forward to working with the babies because with my son hitting 13 years old I was missing those days! Our lil school was family and so close I loved it sooo much and became close to children and their families. We ended up moving to a multi million dollar building in 2012 with new management and my love for the children still strong but our family feeling of our crew waned due to an increase of new flux of employees ect. I did end up getting laid off on good terms but I feel the environent and with only 3 raises in 10 yrs left me feeling unappreciated and giving 110% everyday I wanted more and move up in life.
