I am a 51 year old grandmother to 12 grandchildren. I started out taking care of my siblings at the age of 10. At the age of 15 I became a mother which started my journey on caring for children. In New York City I became a foster mother in which I was qualified to care for 6 children at a time. I also worked at an Elementary School for 10 years. In 2010 my daughter asked me to be her children's full time care provider at the time for 2 of her children as she joined the military. I currently care for 2 infants of military families as well as my daughters youngest child which is 2 years old. My daughters two oldest children are school aged so I take them to the bus stop and when they come home I care for them until my daughter comes homes. Read more I have references if needed. I care for children at my home. I do not travel since I do not drive. Smoke and Pet free home. I do not charge by the hour just by the day. I charge $20 a day or $100 a week (Mon-Fri). If you should need overnight care that would be $40 for the night for toddlers and up and $50 a night for infants. If you need care on the weekends I charge $35 per day (ex: $35 for Sat...$35 for Sun) I am very reasonable with my prices and I love what I do. Since my rates are very low I do not offer discounts for additional children.
