Arielle has watched our kitties several times, now, and has always been spectacular! She's always available, even with exceptionally short notice. She's attentive, and completely understands how worried pet parents can get - she was happy to text us or leave us voicemails after every visit, just to ease our minds that the kitties were well. Both of our cats were older and very sick with cancer, and had to be medicated twice a day, with difference meds - Arielle had no problems keeping it straight, and our beasties were happy for the company!
