I have been babysitting since I was 15 years old, mostly for family friends and neighbors. Last summer I worked as a live-in nanny for three months for a family with two children, ages 6 and 11. The 11 year old was old enough that she didn't need much guidance throughout the day, but the 6 year old was very active and very curious, which required a much more attentive eye. I am CPR/AED certified from the American Red Cross. I also grew up with younger sisters s and worked a stem summer camp for fourth and fifth graders so I am very comfortable around children, especially elementary school age. I love children and I feel there is a lot that can be learned from them. I feel that I am an adequate role model and very responsible, as well as very organized and caring.
