Hello, my name is Pauline VanDeWalker. I was born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. I come from a wonderful family of 7. I started babysitting at the age of 12, and babysat all through my teenage years. I am bilingual (English and French) and went to bilingual schools all through grade school and College. I got married in my early 20's. I have lived in Redmond, WA for 23 years. My husband and I have four children. Through the years I have volunteered at my children's classrooms and at our church. I have also worked for the school district. I have been a nanny for the past seven years: Recently, I have been a full-time nanny/household manager for a family with two boys (2 and 4 years old). Before that I was a nanny to three children: 2, 7, and 12, and worked for this family for two and a half years. The children in both families were 3 and 5 years old when I began employment with them (September 2013-January 2015). Before that, I had been a full-time nanny to a toddler girl (July 2012-August 2013). Prior to that I was a nanny to a toddler boy (April 2011-June 2012). So I have had recent experience as a nanny for six families. My greatest, longest, and most fulfilling experience has been in being a parent and raising my four children. I have experience in child care of all ages: infants/babies, toddlers, teenagers to adulthood. I understand their needs. I have a positive attitude and a good sense of humor. I am able to multi-task, and am energetic. I am dependable, punctual, and use good judgment. I love children, and am a very kind, patient, loving, caring and nurturing type of person. :-)  I have great references. I have a good driving record.
