I was born and raised in Italy and have lived many years in Madrid, Spain, until I moved to Seattle a few years ago. I have majored in Educational Psychology and I have a Master in Teaching from the University of Washington. I have been a private tutor for three years and have also worked in several public schools, both in Spain and in Seattle. In addition to my passion for teaching and working with youth, I am an active member in the art, music and LGBTQ scenes in Seattle. I am a percussionist in a marching band and I have previously worked as a photographer and graphic designer. In the past, I have also volunteered at TEDx events, Artist Trust Foundation, Upward Bound, Garfield HS Summer bridge, Gay City Health Project and Reel Queer Youth (through Three Dollar Bill Cinema).
