Xueting aka Bonnie, I'm happy with her work and I strongly recommend her, especially if you need a sitter who speaks both Mandarin and English. She is the first sitter I hired for my 18 mo, my little one is already looking forward to her arrival on the 3rd day, and now she still misses her. She is always on-time, she knows how to play with the kiddo, she always helps to clean up the playroom after the stay...etc
