I am an elementary education major in the Northern Colorado area and I am CPR/first aid certified! I have 5 younger siblings that range from ages 18-2. I have experience with all age groups of children as well as some disabled children. I am a positive and fun person and love spending time with kids. This past summer I worked at an all girls summer camp in North Carolina with a mostly international staff of around 50 other counselors. I was also one of the younger counselors! During my time at camp I lived in a cabin of 10-12 girls and had a new group of girls every 3 weeks. This was a 24/7 caregiving job. I also taught classes during the day such as arts and crafts, pottery, yoga, rock climbing, swimming, and mountaineering. Additionally, I have worked the past school year at a daycare in Vancouver, WA for Read more a local LA Fitness. During my time at LA Fitness I was able to routinely work with children and families. The children were any where between 3 months to 11 years old.
