After I graduated from college, I came to WA to participate in an AmeriCorps program tutoring students in Federal Way High School. I currently work as a legal assistant and volunteer for a high school mentoring program. I enjoy children and babysit for a family every Saturday (and have done so for the past year). I grew up with a brother who had special needs (intellectually delayed and epilepsy), so I am comfortable working with individuals with a variety of needs. I live in Phinney Ridge and really love the neighborhood! I am trying to make a dent in my student loans and I like kids, so I am interested in finding more babysitting opportunities! Also, I am taking a first-aid and CPR training class on March 8, so will soon be CPR/First-Aid certified.
