I have been caring for children since I was 11 years old. I began by being red cross certified and caring for a family with four children under the age of five. I have since gone on to be a sitter for numerous other families on a regular basis as well as a nanny. Along with my sitter and nanny experience I have worked with children in many other capacities. I have taught equestrian lessons to children 6-13 as well as done academic tutoring and acted as a facilitator for a summer enrichment program. I have completed both my bachelors and masters in social work. During this process I have held positions working with youth in different capacities in social services. I was an on-call youth advocate who would mediate youth in crisis situations. References available upon request.
