Meet Lorenzo

I'm brand new to the area and am absolutely loving it here! I've come all the way from South Carolina to start my career as an actor. My babysitting experience began in high school, watching my drama teacher's kids. Then, I found a really great family in college and stuck with them for four years. As a drama major, the skills I learned in class were perfect for applying to working with kids. I spent all day playing make believe or finding creative ways to see the world. It wasn't babysitting, but I've worked with and taught kids in high school all the way down to elementary. I'm very active, so kids who like to play sports or go outside a lot are wonderful. This past summer I worked aboard a Baltimore Clipper Topsail Schooner training middle and high school students how to sail. For four months we brought middle Read more and high school groups on board and taught them how to sail. We did day sails as well as week-long overnight programs. I received my First Aid, CPR and AED certification through this job. I also have a thirteen year old brother. I spent a great deal of time babysitting him in the past. But that, of course was for free!
