I currently work for a school with teenagers with behavioral challenges, mental health concerns, and learning/developmental disabilities. I graduated this past June with a degree in Social Work from the University of Washington. In my school program I studying child development and positive behavior management and interventions. I have over 7 years of experience working with children and teens, which has been great! I am very engaged and active in my style of babysitting. Safety is a top priority.
