Hello Parents! I am interested in assisting your family during the coronavirus pandemic. I have the flexibility in my schedule to help and have a passion for working with kids. Starting in high school, I began nannying for a family of three children. I nannied for that family for five years. I shopped and prepped family meals, took care of the pets, did household chores including light cleaning and laundry. I also did light gardening and yardwork as needed. If the parents needed to go out of town, I would stay overnight with the children. While I was in college at Seattle University I babysat for families, usually on nights, weekends or holidays. I also provided childcare services for local synagogues on numerous occasions too. I have coached many youth sports (ranging from Middle School-aged children to High School-aged children). I also am an active member of the Junior League Read more of Seattle and have organized and participated in numerous events focused on children: Touch a Truck, Kids in the Kitchen Cooking events, Track and Field events and more! Now, I am an aunt to two wonderful little munchkins (William and Emma). William is 5 and Emma is almost 3. I have spent lots of time with them and watched them since they were babies. Whether it's my niece and nephew or other children, it is important for me to make sure that they are active by playing outside, running at parks, and using their imagination rather than focused on screens. I always try to make things fun and a new adventure for them so they can continue to learn and grow! When I make food, I try to get them involved in the process and also make sure that they are eating a colorful array. I have a passion for maintaining patience with children and ensuring that even when they are being naughty they receive the nurturing attention and understanding they need. I look forward to connecting with some great families!
