My name is Grace and I am a young professional who worked for a network of non-profit clinics in two Seattle public elementary schools as a health coordinator and educator for elementary kiddos. I am currently a student myself at the University of Washington pursuing my Masters of Social Work. I'm looking for a local family (families) to babysit for occasional evenings and weekends. I am a big fan of my neighborhood and prefer to babysit in my local community- -Ballard! If I can bike to your place then I am happy to babysit. But I'm honestly a terrible biker so that realistically doesn't extend far. I have over a decade worth of experience working (playing!) with ages ranging from a couple weeks old to middle schoolers. Don't be fooled by my poor biking skills! I'm passionate about engaging kids in physical activity and the outdoors. I'm also a super awesome homework helper--or so I have been told! My schedule is not very consistent so I am looking for occasional evening and weekend date night gigs although I am sometimes available during the day. I babysit a great Ballard family and mom texts or emails me a couple days in advance if she needs me and then I check my availability--nothing regular.
