Meet Nicole

  • Certified Nursing Assistant
  • Registered Nurse
  • Comfortable with pets
  • Has a car

I am a nurse living in the city. Looking for something extra to help with more schooling! I have many certifications and much experience. I would love to help out some families in the close area. I would prefer if the little person came to my apt which is super cute and easy for drop off for a night out or errands. Can send picture of my apt and anything you need to feel comfortable. I live in Lower Queen Anne so I could be a resource for someone who wants to get some errands done or a break.

This was my first time using SitterCity and I had a sick 6 months old son (got flu) to be taken care of for a whole day (8:15 am - 4:30 pm). I couldn't send him to the daycare, because of his sickness for that day. Nicole contacted me and we agreed on a certain rate and time and everything. We exchanged numbers and I gave her my exact address and she confirmed that we're pretty close, just 5 minutes, which I assumed to be great. Next day, I was waiting for her (while I was ready to go to work), she texted me that she's close and just got stuck in the traffic. almost 15 minutes after the time she was supposed to come, and after exchanging several texts, she told me that she couldn't make it, because the parking rate was $20 for the whole day. What am I supposed to do? I already gave her the address the day before and she said that she's 5 minutes away, so she knew the place (downtown) and should have considered high parking rate. Imagine what I could do at that moment? I even rejected two other applications the day before, with the same rate, just because I accepted her application. I was and am really angry of what she did to me. I would never ever contact her, and would ask you, whoever reads this, to not trust her for her terrible cancellation and not understanding what she put me through.
