Hi! I am a 28 year old woman that enjoys being a part of children's lives. I started babysitting for all of my little sisters friends when I was 12 years old and the mothers still remember me to this day because I always came prepared with activities, crafts, and games to keep them busy and entertained. As time progressed I decided that I wanted to do my gold award project for girl scouting based on raising literacy for spanish speaking children in Guatemala. In my college years I tutored kids quite frequently in neighborhoods where parent involvement was non existant. I like to keep kids active mentally and physically. I am very active myself and get outside as much as possible to keep myself healthy. In my current working environment I work with kids on a regular basis in a family medicine practice. We not only give children vaccinations Read more but we educate them on preventative health and do regular check ups to make sure kids are staying as healthy as possible. I do have a CPR certification as well. I look forward to speaking with you!
