While I only have one older daughter, I have experience with children of all ages. My oldest niece is 15 years old, the middle niece is 12, and my youngest niece is almost 6 months old. I have played a heavy role in raising all of them, particularly the oldest two. I have real-life experience with the ups and downs and everything in between. I understand the challenges of finding reliable and trustworthy childcare, particularly while in the military, and I'm confident I could make that easier. I am willing to help in other areas such as some cooking or cleaning. I can definitely help with most homework (math is my strongest and favorite subject! geography is my weakness). I am a college graduate and while I did not graduate an education major, I did take a few classes so my tutoring abilities are rather strong. I do have a Read more dog so I would not be the best fit for anyone that has allergies (did I mention she's a furry dog?), but that being said I could also help care for pets. I have a rather extensive children's book and movie collection that I could bring along. I do have my own car and am willing to drive, but I donated car seats long ago so would have to be provided that equipment. I am rather new to the neighborhood so I am not very familiar with the area, but I do have GPS to make up for my shortcomings.
