I have babysat since age 11, in my teens, in college and after college. Over 2 years ago, I have babysat a little boy of 10 months old for a 6 month period and enjoyed teaching him about life through experiences. In October 2009 to July 2011, I worked with toddlers at a daycare part time and learned to watch a group at a time, follow a schedule, change diapers, etc. It was great to watch them grow into their own personalities and watch them learn from their own mistakes at times. Since I spoke to them almost constantly, they learned to speak quickly (my 1-1/2 yr olds). That was some of the compliments I got back from some parents.
