Hi, my name is Angie. I was born and raised in the small town of Blanchardville. I am married and have three children ages 16, 14 and 8. Luckily, I have the best job on earth, which is a Teaching Assistant at Pecatonica Schools. I love every aspect of my job, except the fact that it is only a 9 month position. Therefore, I am seeking a position for the summer. It would be amazing to find a Nanny position, for a family, that I would be able to come back to each summer. I would think it would be incredibly hard to form a bond for 1/4 of the year with a family and not be able to have the opportunity to stay in touch, or better yet, come back each year and watch the kiddos grow. I've been told I am creative, easy-going and open-minded. I enjoy multi-tasking Read more and keeping busy. I enjoy working with kids, of all ages. A favorite past time for me is baking and cooking with my own children. Quite honestly I love to clean, too, as crazy as that may sound. In addition to the training I need for my current job as a Teaching Assistant, I also have my CNA license - which means I have training in CPR. I enjoy the outdoors, exploring new places and having fun along the way. I am a believer that academics are important, not only during the school year, but in the summer, too. I think you can learn in a variety of ways. We live in an amazing area with various resources; such as libraries, parks, the Children's Museum, the zoo - etc... I feel that children can learn so much not only from books, but the experiences along the way, I appreciate you taking the time to look at my profile. Summer is only a few months away!
