My name is Alyssa DuFault, I am 23 years old about to be 24. I have had over 10 years of experience in the service industry including waitressing, banquet waitressing, and bartending until recently. I started working at Our House Senior Living as a Resident Assistant. I just recently left my job as a resident assistant due to me being pregnant and me not being able to handle the heavy work load and my inability to lift the heavy residents. I loved working with the residents. I always looked forward to going into work and helping the residents with anything they needed. I also bonded with all of them. I liked being there for them and them depending on me. I took my job very seriously with their health and happiness in mind. I have certification with safety precautions, fire safety, first aid, and medication training. I have very many interests in work as well as a very strong work ethic and I'm very easy to train. Due to my new experience with caregiving I will also be going back to school in January for a Medical Assistant. I have also been helping my boyfriend take care of his 8 year old boy and 5 year old daughter when I am able to. I enjoy cooking and am excellent at cleaning. I also have a love of animals currently we own a cat, 2 dogs both adopted from a humane society, 5 ducks, 2 rabbits, and 16 chickens. I think a nanny, baby sitting, dog sitting job is what I am looking for at this time.
