I am a speech language pathologist and have worked in public schools for four years. Every summer I work for a family as a summer job. I have experience with children with special needs (i.e Autism, Down Syndrome, various developmental disorders) and a variety of age ranges (i.e. infant through middle school). I have nannied for many families for a variety of time frames (i.e. 6 years, 1-3 years, individual summers) throughout my life depending on what stage I was in (i.e. high school, undergrad/graduate school and beyond). I got married last summer and live with my husband and 3 year old golden doodle (Jaxson).
