Hello! My name is Mary Sue and I am interested in talking with you about your child care needs I am looking to add one or two days/week or occasional date nights, etc. to my schedule. Monday and Friday are my available days in October but will be changing to Thursday and Friday in November. Currently, I am caring for 1 child since she was 4 months old (now 18 months) and am very happy with the position. (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday; changing to Mon-Wed in November) Prior to my current position I worked with a family taking care of 3 children under the age of 6. The youngest was 6 weeks old when I started caring for them 3 years ago. Unfortunately, they moved and it was too far for me to continue with them. I also have filled in on an as needed/available basis for early morning hours for Read more a 9 year old in Jackson. Very limited need. My previous position involved picking up 3 children (ages 9, 10, and 10) either from the bus stop or school in Slinger and taking them to their home in Jackson. I then stayed with them until Mom or Dad came home, usually 5:30-6:30. I also took them to and from various school activities. We would work on homework (when I could convince them!) and played games, did art projects, worked on puzzles. I also cared for them on days off, vacations, etc. Unfortunately the family moved and the position ended. I do have a letter of reference from their mother which I can provide to you. I have cared for children from birth through teen over the years. I worked in a bowling alley daycare taking care of 2 to 30 children. I have also cared for up to eight children at a time in my home, with the varied hours of the children starting from 6 am to 10:30 pm. I find that both the children and the parents are more comfortable with them being cared for in their own home. I raised 2 girls of my own who are now grown. (one had ADHD) I have a clear driving record, insurance, and a dependable car. I am comfortable with and enjoy pets. I have also worked as a Medical Assistant and EKG Monitor Tech in the past.
