I am a Registered nurse with a current Wisconsin license. I have worked in MED./SURG, HOSPICE, CLINIC TRIAGE AND ON CALL TRIAGE. For the last 6 1/2 years I have taken care of my 2 youngest grandchildren since their birth. They are both in school now. For three years I cared for my elderly mother-in-law, who had alzheimers, in our home until her death in Dec. 2009. I then took care of my father who had colon cancer until his death in 2010. I worked in the newborn nursery at a Milwaukee hospital in the early seventies and coached breastfeeding mothers. I have two grown children and seven grandchildren, In the late seventies I had a state licensed daycare center in my home. At that time I had the required hours of early childhood education to obtain a license. It was a very rewarding experience. I have always loved and Read more enjoyed children and babies and feel very comfortable with newborns. I am certified in adult, child and infant CPR. From January 1, 2016 thru May 31, 2016 I worked for a family on Madison's west side providing overnite care for their newborn twins. I hope you find my education and experience acceptable.
