My name is Kayla. I grew up as the middle child in a family of 5 and I grew up helping take care of my younger siblings. Throughout highschool I worked at a summer swim club where I gained a substantial amount of experience with children aging all the way from 3-18. At the swim club I worked as a lifeguard, taught swim lessons, and was the head water ballet coach. Knowing most of the kids on the pool deck at all times, I always felt an inherent responsibility to keep them safe while having fun at the same time. I graduated from the University of Miami, Florida in 2013 and have been both a nanny and babysitter since. I nannied for a family of two boys ages 9 and 11 for three years before and after school and throughout the summer from 2013-2016.
