Hello, my name is Michaela Dao. I am a Social Worker in Dane county, though miss the interaction with younger children and want to get back into this field part time! I have been working with children with all different levels of abilities for 10 years. My specialty is children with autism. Though have lots of experience with children in general. I really enjoy working with children and offer a level of "learning" while interacting with them. I have a background in behavioral training and teaching. While working (spending time) with your children I ensure they are working on goals you set for them, such as- learning to eating with a fork all the way to potty training. I am very flexible and am excited to get back into child care!
